WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns but are more than happy to exchange your item for any item in store of an equal or greater value.
Products being exchanged must be unused and in their original condition.

Damages and issues
Any items arriving with defects will be replaced immediately.
Non-returnable items
Furniture and masks may not be returned or exchanged.
What is your shipping policy?
DOMESTIC
We ship all items directly from the manufacturer. Shipping normally occurs within 2-4 weeks. We will contact you for any special shipping situations! Please reach out with any shipping questions to info@annmccullochstudio.com
INTERNATIONAL
We do not ship internationally at this time.
